All cancellations require a 24 hr notice.
If your cancel or change your appt less than 24 hrs before scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service scheduled and it will need to be paid before rescheduling. You will be sent an invoice.
If you have a standing appointment and you cancel last minute more than 3 times, you will lose your standing appt and I will require a credit card on file to schedule.
No-show/ No-Call: You will be responsible for 100% of the cost of the missed appointment and you will be sent an invoice that will need to be paid before rescheduling. I will also require a credit card on file to reschedule.
More than 3 no-shows and you will lose the ability to schedule an appointment.
Late for your appointment? If you are late by 15 min or more, I will reschedule your appt for another day.
I know your time is valuable, as is mine. I book by appointment only so that I know what my day looks like and I know I can get all of you in for services. Please be respectable of my time as well as the time of my other clients.
