All cancellations require a 24 hr notice. Below is the cancellation fee schedule :
1st time : 50% the cost of the service scheduled will need to be paid before rescheduling. You will be sent an invoice.
2nd and all subsequent times: 100% of the scheduled appointment will need to be paid. You will be sent an invoice.
If you have a standing appointment and you cancel last minute more then 3 times, you will lose your standing appt.
No-show/ No-Call: You will be responsible for 100% of the cost of the missed appointment and you will be sent an invoice that will need to be paid before rescheduling.
More than 3 no-shows and you will lose the ability to schedule an appointment.
Late for your appointment? If you are late by 15 min or more, I will reschedule your appt for another day.
I know your time is valuable, as is mine. I book by appointment only so that I know what my day looks like and I know I can get all of you in for services. Please be respectable of my time as well as the time of others.
