I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are enacted.
Please allow 24hrs notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. On your first late cancellation, you will be responsible for 1/2 the cost of the appointment. Any subsequent late cancellation you will be charged the full amount. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If your card is on file, it will automatically be charged.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to no-show their appointment for whatever reason will be charged the full amount of the appointment. It will need to be paid before rescheduling. 3 no-shows and you will not be scheduled..
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
